Preferred Business Money Market

An account with limited transactions for businesses that maintain a large balance and desire a higher rate of interest.

  • $10,000 deposit required to open account.

  • $10,000 daily balance required per statement period to avoid a $10.00 service charge and to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

  • If the daily balance drops below $10,000 the rate of interest paid will drop to our current Business Money Market rate.

  • Variable interest rate paid on 100% of the daily collected balance. (Rates subject to change daily at bank's discretion.) You must maintain a minimum balance of $10,000 to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

  • 6 preauthorized transactions from your account allowed each statement period, including telephone and automatic transfers. 3 of the 6 transactions may be by check or draft to third parties. Each subsequent transaction will be charged $5.00 in addition to other fees and charges.

  • Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example, checks).

  • Interest will be compounded monthly and credit to the account monthly. If you close the account before interest is credited you will not receive the accrued interest.

  • We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account.
