DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

The amount of time the application and approval process takes can be shortened with your assistance. When applying for a mortgage loan, have the following information available:

• Social Security Number(s).

• Residence address(es) for past two years.

• Names and address(es) of each employer for past two years.

• Most recent pay stub(s) and past two years' W-2s.

• If self-employed, last two years' personal and business tax returns as well as year-to-date business profit and loss statement.

• Last two months' statements for each checking and savings account.

• Name of lender, address, account number, balance and monthly payment for each current loan.

• Loan information and address(es) of real estate owned.

• Estimated value of furniture and personal property.
